The FLIT Try Before You Buy programme allows customers to experience the FLIT M2 at home, in real-world
conditions, before committing to a purchase. This scheme allows you to rent a Test Ride Bike – some signs of wear possible.

How it works
Place a ÂŁ99 deposit to receive a FLIT M2 for a 7-day trial period. If you decide to purchase a new FLIT M2, the ÂŁ99 rental fee will be deducted from the final purchase price. If the bike isn’t for you simply return it to us, concluding your rental period.

Eligibility
The programme is currently available to UK mainland addresses only. FLIT reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion. Only one active trial is permitted per customer. Valid government issued ID will be required to start the rental period.Â

Trial period
The trial period begins on the day the bike is delivered and lasts for 7 consecutive days. The bike must be returned by the agreed return date unless a purchase has been confirmed. If you choose not to purchase the bike the ÂŁ99 rental fee is not refunded.

Acceptable use
The FLIT M2 must be used in a reasonable manner consistent with everyday urban cycling. Normal wear and light cosmetic marks are acceptable. Off-road use, misuse, modification, racing, or commercial use are not permitted during the trial. The renter will be given a copy of the bike’s preexisting condition with any cosmetic marks indicated.

Damage, loss, or theft
The customer is responsible for the bike during the trial period. In the event of significant damage, loss, or theft,
FLIT reserves the right to recover reasonable repair or replacement costs up to the full retail value of the bike.

Returns
The bike must be returned using the packaging and instructions provided. Once received and inspected, FLIT will confirm with the customer that the hire period has been concluded, provided the bike is returned in acceptable condition and no further action is required.

Purchase
If you choose to purchase a new FLIT M2, the ÂŁ99 deposit will be deducted from the final invoice. The trial bike itself is not sold.

A new bike will be sent to you on receipt of the rental bike and its confirmed condition.

General
FLIT reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Try Before You Buy programme at any time. Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
