What condition will my ebike be in?
All of our outlet ebikes have been fully refurbished, quality checked, and test ridden by one of our engineers. They are in full working order. Some ebikes may have minor cosmetic damage (eg. paint chips) as detailed in the product description and shown in the product photos. If you would like more information please get in touch. The distance ridden by each ebike is included in the product description to help you decide which one is best for you.

Will my ebike come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our outlet ebikes have been fully serviced by our engineers and come with a 1 year warranty

Are outlet ebikes eligible through the Cycle to Work scheme?
Yes, outlet ebikes are eligible for Cycle to Work through the Green Commute Initiative and Cyclescheme. Click on each link below to find out more about how it works with each scheme.

*Please note that outlet bikes are only available through the Green Commute Initiative and Cyclescheme. The reason that we cannot sell ex-demo bikes through Cycle Solutions is that each scheme provider charges us an admin fee per application (which is a % of the total value of your application), Cycle Solutions charges the highest fee (at 12%). For discounted outlet bikes we cannot absorb the cost of the admin fee.
